published under the domain fmit.io (the "Website"), as well as the liabilities arising from the
use of its contents. "Content" means all texts, graphics, infographics, images, software, sound, video and any other
creative expression protected by Spanish law and by international treaties on intellectual and industrial property.
Accessing, browsing or simply using the Website confers the status of user (the "User") and implies full and
unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access. Users are therefore
asked to read it carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please refrain from using the Website.
The Website is informational in nature. It does not constitute an offer, and the information published on it
does not create any contractual obligation for FMIT unless expressly agreed in writing. Before contracting any
of our services, the User must read the corresponding general or specific terms and conditions of contract,
which prevail over this Legal Notice in respect of the contracted service.
3. Use of the domain name
The domain name fmit.io and any other domain owned by FMIT may not be used in connection with content,
products or services that do not belong to FMIT, in any way that may cause confusion among end users or bring FMIT
into disrepute.
4. Obligations of the User
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, good faith, public order and this Legal
Notice, and shall be liable to FMIT and to third parties for any damage arising from a breach of that
obligation. In particular, the User undertakes not to:

software required for its operation and the associated information. This includes, without limitation, texts,
images, logos, designs, source code, trade names and trademarks.
The total or partial reproduction, publication, distribution, public communication, transformation or use of
that content is prohibited without the prior written consent of FMIT.
Access to the Website or the contracting of any service does not grant the User any right or licence over the
software required to provide that service, other than the rights and licences strictly necessary to receive
the contracted service and only for its duration. Any use beyond the performance of the contract requires the
prior written authorisation of FMIT.
Third-party trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs that may appear on the Website belong to their
respective owners and are used solely for identification or reference purposes, without implying any
association with or endorsement by those owners.

Website or presenting it in a way that may cause confusion as to its ownership or suggest a relationship with
FMIT that does not exist.
